Abstract
Quality of life is a important part of workforce. Nurses are the biggest service providers in the health system. This study aimed to compare the quality of life of nurses. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 137 nurses working in a hospital in Isfahan. A tool for data collection in this study was the quality of life questionnaire (SF36).
